Tractor Operators

Operate TOHFAN tractors safely and productively, delivering ploughing, harrowing and ridging services to farmers across your state.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ploughing, harrowing and ridging services to booked farmers.
  • Maintain a minimum of 10 litres of fuel in the tractor at all times.
  • Use quality oil and filters to keep equipment in top condition.
  • Pay for repairs within 24 hours and contact a mechanic within 24 hours of any fault.

Requirements

  • Be trained and licensed as a tractor operator.
  • Be a registered member of the union.
  • Complete a minimum of 6 months of supervised operation.
  • Attend meetings and comply with association standards.
